Ellington have posted a brand new song entitled "Wide Awake and Smiling" on both their myspace and their purevolume, where they are currently a featured band. For fans of Copeland and Dashboard Confessional, their new EP, More Like A Movie, Less Like Real Life will be out October 25th, produced by Matt Malpass (Lydia, Copeland). The music sounds great, they have improved a bit. but i kinda expected this when i first heard their plans to leave aust and head to US to get a name producer.
Though you like the artwork? seriously...thats crap. it looks like it took all of 25 seconds.
Im interested to see these guys back home here in brisbane/QLD again. Its been well over a year since I saw jake strumming his guitar and pouring out his soul to a crowd of 10 people.
