I don't see anything wrong with it in this case. EA must've shown interest in the first place, but required the songs to be toned down to keep their own rating for Madden. It wasn't like Senses Fail were sitting in a room writing a separate PG version incase EA gave them a call one day.

If I was in a band and the developers of a game played by millions upon millions of people asked me to change a few words for a specific video game only version of a song, I'd jump on that shit.

I'm gonna disagree, to an extent. Illegal immigrants picking strawberries in California are making more money than bands nowadays it seems. You kind of have to rely on little things like this to pay the bills. Whatever works, I say.

Still haven't heard that song, but the one they posted on myspace isnt too bad. Not as heavy as I was hoping for though

Bah, wouldn't help anyway. This band has always just annoyed me.

You really have to take senses fail with a grain of salt. i always keep my expectations low so im not disappointed. But then again i went to see senses fail when they did like four little shows before still searching came out and it was the best performance of any band i've ever seen. I've seen them where they were terrible but like i said sometimes they are amazing.
