Willy Graves, former bassist of The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower has passed away. The bulletin sent out by the band regarding Graves' passing is in the replies.
very sad and i dont want this to sound rude, but im just curious how he passed. I am always curious when it comes to musicians because I understand how much heart and soul gets put into music and I see people when im on the road telling me if they werent playing music they would probably kill themselves. Which is sad truly, and it shows how much people just need music in their lives, whether playing or listening
Definitely didn't know this guy but I have pretty much every release they've ever done and these guys are all unreal musicians and it's sad to lose a truly creative member of the music community.
It's always tragic to hear news like this. It's even more tragic when testimonials of people who had excellent experiences with the person pop up, and you realize what a loss it really is. Wish I could've met him, cause he sounds like he was a rad dude.

Was thinking the same thing...does anyone know? This is one fucking good band.

That's what I was going to say. I'd like to know as well.
Sad though.
