I'm glad that he's trying to stay positive. With a lot of these cases, some of the emotional damage is worse than the physical. I wish both of them a speedy recovery.

Very true about the emotional being worse than the physical sometimes...we talk about this in psychology quite a bit.

Even with a tragedy like this Barker can still stay in beat.

I'm sorry but I hate quotes like that. So, no one was looking out for his two friends and the pilots? I'm really glad he's staying upbeat but I have to imagine seeing quotes like that would only piss off people like Travis Barker who lost two friends in the crash and offend the victims' families.

It's because he is an extremely talented musician who has influenced kids all over the world to start playing drums, and was part of a beloved and arguably legendary band called blink-182.

Just something to think about before you say people are "indecent" for saying something like that. I too believe that maybe God saved him because he is meant to make even more great music in the future, inspire more people, and cement his status as one of the greatest drummers of all time.

the only reason i said that was because it was a huge deal in the last two threads.

second, i didn't say he was 'indecent' for saying that, i said 'here we go again', as in, someone is going read this, make a huge deal out of it and it's going to end up like last threads where it ended up being an all out war, thats all.
