They had a controversial name & album cover because they knew their music wouldn't get them any headlines.
It's desperate publicity for a desperate band.

I mean infringement is infringement any way you slice it, but it's still pretty funny.

Also, you'd be pretty foolish to assume actual members of the general assembly had anything to do with dealing with this - it's much more likely that an intern or some staff worker came upon the band, so don't act like this is really distracting them from Africa or anything else.

I'm not sure why I'm defending the U.N., but c'mon, let's be real here.
