James Montgomery is a beautiful asshat.

Regardless of whether I think his list is right or wrong compared to my tastes, I give him respect for putting together an explanation for his choices, and a well thought-out one at that. In any matter, I don't see how he can be right or wrong, it is his opinion, after all.

I love James Montgomery. Hes actually quite inspiring to me.

He's got some faulty logic if he thinks his "unknown band" picks will make up for his unacceptable ones. "Atlas Sound" and "Hercules and the Love Affair" are not enough to level the scales of having Kate Perry up there twice.
But he knows what he's talking about. Why? 'Cause he said so!

At least our boy James had enough brain cells left to place MGMT and Death Cab ahead of Tyga... if only by a few places. Why Tyga is even on a list of Best Anything is unknowable... unless its "Best Song to Attract 12 Year Olds." Even then, it wouldn't make the top 10.
