I love this show so much, and these first two S8 episodes are really a great comeback, but the fact that there will be a lot of episodes like the second one is what I have a problem with. I love the second episode, amazing heartfelt story, but back in the first seasons this story would've been told at the same time as other stories from the rest of the cast, so it seemed lazy. What happened to Turk's career as a surgeon? I always liked the stuff he went through with his boss and the Todd and all that, now he just follows JD around, I hope this stops for a while further this season. I still give them props for doing the best with what they have since the whole cast can't appear in every episode because of money problems, like Tate said in the other thread.

I think they are doing it next week, too. But these episodes are much better than last season, so I don't mind.

These episodes were good, especially the second one. And I wish Aziz Ansari would be a permanent addition to the show. He is so funny.
