ive thought to myself "how is he not signed?" as well. But after i read his blog, i kind of almost found myself not wanting him to be on a label (as selfish as that sounds). I love both of his albums, but he says "there is no label to turn to for approval". Ive heard too many of my favorite bands produce garbage water once the label takes control. I want him to and am confident that he will get the recognition he deserves, i just hope whatever label is lucky enough to get him lets him do his own thing and stays out of his way. His music is too beautiful to commercialize.
I would also say that he seems content not to be signed so that he maintains his creative freedom.
