Alkaline Trio have signed to Epitaph Records.

At Riot Fest on Sunday, October 11th, in Chicago at the Congress theater, Matt Skiba announced that they had finished their album with Matt Allison earlier that same day.

So it is definitely happening. I will be recording a new solo album at the end of August. Not sure of a release date yet, but it's happening. Asian Man Records will be releasing the new record. It's nice to be back with family.

According to the newest Asian Man Records newsletter, Matt Allison is producing the new Alkaline Trio album. The album will be self-released.

Spoke to Matt Skiba and Dan Andriano of Alkaline Trio today at BFD and they mentioned they'll be in the studio next month. No word on a possible release though.

Alkaline Trio announced at the Worcester Palladium show on Sunday May 3rd that they are no longer on Epic Records, and will be releasing an album on their own label this year. They played a new song for the first time (no title announced.)
