Nate Ruess, Jack Antonoff and Andrew Dost are proud to announce a new band called Fun. Ruess, the former front man and songwriter of the much beloved band The Format, has been quietly assembling songs for Fun, following the dissolution of his former band. Fun will be comprised of Dost, formerly with Michigan's Anathallo, and Antonoff, who is currently performing double duty with his band, Steel Train. At the Anathallo gig in Bristol, UK the band revealed that the new album is completely recorded and mastered and they are now just awaiting someone to come along and release it for them. Hopefully it will see the light of day soon.

Anathallo have parted ways with multi-talented member Andrew Dost. The group have cited a change in interests as the reason for the departure, though Dost has recently pursued a solo career. Anathallo are currently touring in support of their latest release, Floating World, which saw release last year courtesy of Artist Friendship Records.
