 | | |  | | | | | | | | | Guitarist Nic Newby of Brazil has been forced to leave the band's current tour in California in order to undergo six weeks of "court-ordered therapy" in Indiana after a brief run-in with the law last year in the band's hometown of Muncie, IN. Newby will begin his sentence immediately and is expected to rejoin Brazil when it begins the Say Anything tour on October 24.
