Today we're going to make your Thursday epic by bringing you a new track from Caspian's upcoming album. Brighter than the band's earlier releases, Waking Season combines the sonically driven atmosphere of Mono's most heighten moments with the palette of Sigur Ros' best back catalog. Head to the replies to check out "Procellous," and let it hold you over until hearing the rest of one of instrumental-rock's best albums since Empros and All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone. If you like what you hear, you can pre-order the record here.
You can check out a new promo video for Caspian's new record, Waking Season in the replies. The video shows what comes with the deluxe package of the album. With the music box included in the deluxe package, you can write your own sheet music to possible be made into a full Caspian song. You can check out the rest of the pre-orders here.

Caspian's newest release, Tertia, was without a doubt one of the most anticipated albums of the year on our site. Since we have all had the album for a while now, it would be nice to know what went on behind the scenes and what inspired the band while they were recording. So if you would like to ask a few questions of your own, make sure to leave them in the replies and I will try my best to include them in my interview.
Mar are currently working on their new album; many musicians known in the "Indie" scene will contribute to this new release. Mar are also playing with Caspian at the Mohawk in Austin, TX this Wednesday.
