Cheap Seats (which features ex-members of The Starting Line, Days Away, and Capitol Risk) have launched their myspace page; the band has posted 5 new songs on the page as well as a few videos.
Days Away’s final EP Ear Candy For The Headphone Trippers is now available for download from Sargent House for $1.99. If you want to grab one of the last physical copies, do so while you can.
Days Away is down to about 100 copies of their EP, Ear Candy for the Headphone Trippers. The EP will never be re-pressed, so pick one up while you can here.
Keith Goodwin and Tim Arnold from Days Away who have a new band with Dan Schwartz from Unlikely Cowboy have decided on a permanent name for their new project that they used to just call KDT. They will now go by the name Castles. Their myspace has some demos and recent clips of them performing live on their tour with Anthony Green with Anthony on backing vocals.
At the Days Away show tonight, Keith Goodwin announced that Days Away had broken up actually 2 weeks ago. They played a few Days Away songs, one with Anthony Green, and he also said that they will continue to make music with some of the same members under a different name.

Members of Days Away and Dan Schwartz are currently in the studio with Matt Robnett and Nik Tyler (PlayWork Productions) working on material for their side project, Unlikely Cowboy. There are no immediate plans to make the project a full-time venture and no focus will be taken from Days Away.

Days Away will be on Refused.tv's blog/podcast the next few days, being interviewed and taking over the airwaves with songs they want to play. The band wants their fans to send in the questions and they will answer them on the podcat - deadline is tomorrow at 1 PM PST. Email questions to daysaway@refused.tv.
