Nick Vombrack of Dr. Manhattan has launched "The Record Podcast."
Hello, I'm Nick Vombrack and this is: The Record Podcast. As the drummer of Dr. Manhattan, I've had the pleasure of meeting many great people in bands and the industry, so I wanted other people to meet them too and get some insight on what it's like to do this for a living. I'm posting these first couple of episodes from 2012 now as it took me three years to get enough courage to listen to my own voice. If anyone digs these, I will do more; in the present! If not, then byeee. Thank you for listening. Feedback is appreciated!

You can now download the Princess Dinosaur EP (ex-Gatsbys American Dream & Dr. Manhattan) we streamed ealier this week, for free, at this link. All it costs is a retweet.

Unlike the oft-disappointing New York Knicks, the Nicks of Princess Dinosaur are here to deliver. One part Nic Newsham (Gatsbys American Dream), one part Nick Vombrack (Dr. Manhattan), the duo's debut EP, A Goldfish and his Friends, is now streaming on the band's AP.net Profile. Though there's an off-kilter aesthetic to the artwork and the instrumentation on these six tracks, you can count on Newsham's always mellifluous vocal delivery to swiftly bury these songs in your skull.

Read my interview with Dr. Manhattan here.
From The Interview"The show-goers should shake it up. Bump into one another. Feel. Move. Love. Bands should start playing shows in basements, and living rooms again. The business side is always going to focus on cd sales, and how good the tours you're getting on are. People shouldn't focus on that. Everyone should focus on good the music is, how hard the band works, and whether or not bands are making connections with their fans/friends. Those are what make a band real."
