Dropkick Murphyshave once again collaborated with Bruce Springsteen. This time around the band will be releasing a new version of their single "Rose Tattoo" with contributions from Springsteen, and proceeds will benefit victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. The Boss was previously featured on "Peg O' My Heart" from the 2011 album Going Out in Style.
Dropkick Murphys's are playing a benefit show for the Boston victims this Sunday at the House of Blues. Details here. Also, they are still selling t-shirts to raise funds for the victims as well.
At the Dropkick Murphys' show in NYC on Wednesday night, a Nazi made his way on stage and performed the Hitler salute during the band's cover of AC/DC's "TNT". As soon as bassist Ken Casey saw this, he shoved and started a fight with the offender. Videos of the incident are in the replies.

Dropkick Murphys' Second Annual Acoustic Charity Breakfast will be taking place Sunday, March 18th at the Local 103 I.B.E.W. Union Hall in Dorchester. When you buy a ticket, it includes your buffet breakfast as well as live entertainment. There will be bagpipes, beer, Irish step dancers, celebrity speakers and, of course, Dropkick playing an acoustic set. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, February 2nd at 10:00AM.
