Fair have posted another new song titled "Walking In My Sleep" from their upcoming album Disappearing World. Also, a video of them playing the song in-studio is in the replies.
Fair to Midland will release their debut EP The Drawn and Quartered EP on November 7th on System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian’s label Serjical Strike. Stream two songs below.

Fair (Aaron Sprinkle) are now signed with Tooth and Nail and have posted a brand new song on Myspace. Also, the band have scheduled some dates with Eisley in April.

On April 15th 2006 at Thunderbird Stadium as The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC is hosting it's 15th annual Arts County Fair. It is the largest student run event in Canada. This years lines includes The New Pornographers, The Weakerthans, Corb Lund and the Hurtin' Albertans, Cadence Weapon and The Salteens. Tickets are $15 for the first 1000 sold and $20 there after. It's a 19+ show and the gate is usually about 15,000.

Despite rumors, Day At The Fair have not broken up. According to the message from Chris below, some members will be gone and moving on to different things but it is not a break up or a hiatus, it is "just a big change".
Later this spring, Aaron Sprinkle's Fair will be releasing an an album on Tooth & Nail Records. For a sample of their sound head over to their MySpace page for a listen to the song "Carelessness." Their tour with Eisley begins mid-April.
