Glamour Kills released their second addition to their 90's cover series. Candy Hearts' Mariel Loveland came by the office to cover Jawbreaker's "Bad scene, Everyone's Fault." You can watch the video in the replies.

Jason and I have updated our selections in the music player (right side of the homepage). Perhaps hinting at his recent indulgence in a certain record, Jason has chosen Jesse Lacey's cover of the Jawbreaker classic "Accident Prone." My spot has been given to Alvin Band, the "vocal composition" side project of Miniature Tigers' drummer. His single, "Temple Pressure", is a true indie-pop ear-trip, making use of only body noises and a Powerbook. We hope you enjoy!

A recently deleted myspace bulletin allegedly spoke of a newly-remastered Unfun from Jawbreaker, with a high likelihood of bonus tracks. Take it with a grain of salt as we have not been able to confirm the news. Read the bulletin below.

I just got back from LA, where I remastered Jawbreaker's first full length Unfun lp with the great John Golden. With a 24 bit transfer at a higher sampling rate, the new version sounds great and is closer to the original analog tapes than when we first went to cd way back in 1991.
