Bob Mould (ex-Hüsker Dü) has started a Kickstarter to help release See A Little Light: A Celebration of the Music and Legacy of Bob Mould. It's a film/concert shot at The Walt Disney Theater Hall featuring artists such as Dave Grohl, Ryan Adams, No Age and more performing Bob's songs with him on stage. Noel Gallagher is curating next year's Teenage Cancer Trust shows which take place in London's Royal Albert Hall. Not only does the line up include Ryan Adams, Kasabian and Primal Scream but the former Oasis member will be playing live supported by Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon of Blur, who he hopes to collaborate with on stage.

Ryan Adams is releasing a 15xLP vinyl box set of live songs called Live After Deaf. The box set comes with a download code for all 144 songs on the vinyl, plus an additional 74 bonus tracks as well. It will be made available for preorder here on Friday, June 15 at 1:30 p.m. EST. A photo of the box is in the replies.

In a recent interview with Q Magazine, Ryan Adams revealed that his new album is titled Ashes & Fire and features "12 elegant country songs".
From The InterviewThe album also continues Adams's long relationship with the Johns dynasty. Producer Ethan Johns worked with Adams's old band Whiskeytown in 1999. Ethan's father, Glyn Johns, whose credits include The Who and The Rolling Stones, produced Ashes & Fire.

Chris Feinstein, bassist for Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, passed away this morning at the age of 42. His cause of death has not been revealed yet.
