As previously reported, The Fold are being sued. While they can't legally comment on it, it seems that all mentions of their Miley Cyrus parody have been removed from their websites. The band has agreed to release their official announcement with the details of the lawsuit exclusively on AP.net on Tuesday, January 12th.
The Fold will be playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on XBox live tonight at 9pm CST. Add "Rho ades LL" (Mark Rhoades) as a friend to play the private game.
