Phone Calls From Home have posted their cover of Akon's "Don't Matter" on their myspace page. The band will be shooting a video for the cover in L.A. on August 26th with director Greg Ephraim.

Akon has plead guilty to charges stemming from when he threw a fan off stage last year.
