Atticus have announced two more shirts in their signature series of collaborations with artists. These new shirts come from Anthony Raneri of Bayside and one from August Burns Red. You can view them here.
Anthony Raneri from Bayside sent in this message for everyone regarding their upcoming The Walking Wounded: Gold Edition that details what will be on this release and why they chose to do it. Their new full-length, Shudder, will be out in September.
Last night, at his solo acoustic performance in Providence, RI, Anthony Raneri confirmed that the new Bayside album will be released on September 30th, and that the DVD the band has been shooting for a re-release of The Walking Wounded is ending up much longer than expected. He said they intended to make a 30 minute DVD, and it is looking like it will be closer to 2 hours long instead.
You can check out a review I wrote of the acoustic show I attended last Sunday featuring Anthony Raneri (of Bayside) & Vinnie Caruana (of I Am The Avalanche) right here. As always, check the replies for pictures and videos of the event!
Last night in Cleveland during Bayside's set some fans made it on stage, hit Anthony in the face with the mic causing him to fall backwards, land on his hand and bend his finger awkwardly. He ran off stage mid song but the band continued to play for a minute or so. After about a 5 minute hiatus he returned and finished the set with his hand taped up. He was pretty angry, actually pushing people off stage who were trying to stage dive. At the end of their set he made an announcement that his finger was most likely broken.
