Ten years ago today, Apple introduced the first iPod. While not the first MP3 player on the market - it undoubtedly changed the music industry, tech industry, and our lives. Worthy of a post, I think.

Steve Jobs has stepped down as CEO of Apple. He will now be Chairman of the Board and former COO, Tim Cook, will replace him as CEO. The influence Apple has had on the music industry - is obvious. Further discussion going on in the official Apple thread.
