Arliss Nancy released today its new album, Wild American Runners, and you can stream it on their Bandcamp page. The record came out via Black Numbers (here's a purchase page) and is strongly in the vein of Lucero, The Hold Steady and a more rootsy Gaslight Anthem, complete with heavy Tom Petty influences.

I think this is going to be a big hit on the site. Today, we're introducing Arliss Nancy, the latest band to join the Black Numbers family. The Fort Collins, CO, quintet will be releasing its new album, Wild American Runners, in mid-October and today we're bringing you a great slice of said album by premiering "Coals." If you're a fan of Lucero, The Gaslight Anthem, and The Hold Steady, then this band and song will be right in your sweet spot. Check out "Coals" in the replies. If you dig it, make sure you pre-order it as well.
