Much Music have announced the performers at their annual Much Music Video Awards 2006. Performers include Fall Out Boy, Rihanna, City And Colour, Hedley, Simple Plan, Nick Lachey, Metric, and Nelly Furtado performing "Promiscuous" with Timbaland. The show will be on June 18th.

Not sure if this was posted, but AFI will be performing "Miss Murder" at the MTV Movie Awards.

Kaiser Chiefs and James Blunt are the leading nominees for this year's Brit Awards. Both received five nominations for the UK music industry's biggest annual awards show, which is slated to take place on February 15th. Coldplay recieved four nominations, while Franz Ferdinand and The Arcade Fire scored three.
