Update: Mark just tweeted that this is "incorrect," I would bet based on what Chris Holmes tweeted yesterday - he is referencing the order of the songs - but the titles could change as well. The information in the post comes from a document sent by UMGD.
Update #2: Mark has clarified the songs are correct, the sequencing is not. The band is working on sequencing today and that "some song titles will probably change, but those are the songs that will comprise Neighborhoods."
I can say with good authority, this is the current track listing for the new Blink 182 album, Neighborhoods - complete with the deluxe edition bonus tracks. The album hits stores 9/27.
I promised I'd do my best to track down the high-resolution version of the new Blink 182 album cover, and I have added it to our gallery. Next goal is to finalize that track-listing; and, well, hear the damn thing.

We thought we'd start with these two, but count on more retro reviews from time to time.
I posted the high-resolution version of the new Blink 182 single album cover in our gallery. I feel like I'm 16 again and running a Blink 182 fanpage with all kinds of media and wallpapers and such. I'm gonna chase that feeling.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Mark Hoppus revealed that Blink 182 have until July 31 to turn in their new record and that the band will be playing new material on the Honda Civic Tour this summer.
