Brian Marquis has just wrapped up the A Bike & A Mic For A Cure Tour where he rode 1,225 miles on a bicycle, with his guitar in tow, playing shows around the Northeast to raise money and awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Marquis was also able to raise over $10,000 that will be donated to support research, care, community outreach, and education for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Full press release in the replies.

Brian Marquis (ex-Therefore I Am) has signed to Equal Vision Records. He will release his debut solo full-length album, Blood & Spirits, on May 13th. It was recorded with producer Doug Grean (Tim McGraw, Sheryl Crow, Stone Temple Pilots). Be sure to catch him on both the US and UK Warped Tours at the Acoustic Basement stage.

Following the breakup of Therefore I Am last year, the members went in distinctly different directions. For guitarist Brian Marquis, he decided on a solo career to showcase his acoustic/folk talents as a singer-songwriter. His debut EP, Snow Damage, is streaming on his AP.net profile.
