British Sea Power has confirmed that they will release their new album Machineries Of Joy via Rough Trade on April 1st. The band will also be heading out on a UK tour in support of the release, check out the dates in the replies.

The Maccabees have confirmed that their support acts for their biggest live show to date at London's Alexandra Palace will be British Sea Power and Baxter Dury. Tickets are still available from here.

British Sea Power will be releasing their new EP, titled Zeus, digitally on October 5th and on limited edition 12" on October 12th on Rough Trade Records. You can download the title track for free here and be on the lookout for their fourth studio album, out in early 2011.
