Today we're debuting a new feature called Retro Reviews. In this feature, reviewers will be going back in time to give retrospective reviews of notable albums. Today's post is the first in a four-part installment that I'm calling the Springsteen Series. Each of the remaining Mondays in May will see me post four reviews of Bruce Springsteen records or live shows, totaling 16 reviews to reflect his 16 studio albums. Here are the first four:

Dropkick Murphys' music video for "Memorial Day" is in the replies. The song is from their new album, Going Out in Style, which debuted at #6 on the Billboard 200 last week and features Bruce Springsteen on a track.

Bruce Springsteen will release a six-disc deluxe edition of Darkness On The Edge Of Town on Nov. 16. One of the new unreleased songs "Save My Love" is streaming on his website, while the press release can be found in the replies.
