You Say Party! We Say Die! has had to cancel their US tour after being refused entry at the border! After being stopped by a "red tape nightmare" in which changes to the process of getting into the US were not told to the band or their manager in time, the band has been forced to cancel all of its dates while it figures out the problem! They haven't announced any rescheduled dates yet! Be on the lookout for those soon, assuming that they can figure out a way to get into America!
Due to personal circumstances beyond their control, The Know How have been forced to remove themselves from their forthcoming tour alongside headliners Against All Authority, as well as additional support acts Time Again and The Flatliners. However, the band has announced that they will be recording a brand new in album in the coming months, and a tour in support of the release, which will see the light of day next year, is expected to follow.
Scary Kids Scaring Kids has been forced to cancel their upcoming UK run with Fightstar due to transportation complications. The band will utilize their time wisely and will start preparing a new album (due out Spring 2007).
Due to their trailer being broken into and the majority of their equipment being stolen, The Spill Canvas will not be able to make it to their show in Grand Rapids, MI this evening; however, the band will back in action for the Kingston, PA date.
Men, Women & Children is sorry to announce that they will be postponing next week's trip to the UK. The band is looking to re-book the show for the weekend of July 7th to 10th, most likely at the same venue. The good news is that there is a chance they'll play more than one show that weekend. The band would like to apologize to those who have purchased tickets; they'll let you know refund information as soon as they know (or if you can use the same ticket for the July show).
Angels and Airwaves has cancelled the remaining two nights of their 4-night stint at the Troubador in Los Angeles. Tom lost his voice during the Tuesday night show and as a result the band has decided to call of the final two shows in hopes of still being able to play the KROQ Weenie Roast in Irvine on Saturday. Tickets will be honored for the Taking Back Sunday/Angels and Airwaves show in Long Beach in July. You can also get a refund through Ticketmaster, however they aren't even aware the show has been cancelled yet (even though Tom announced it on KROQ this morning and Troubadour has it posted as well).
The Subways have been forced to cancel their entire upcoming US tour (not just their Coachella appearance, as previously noted) due to doctor's orders. Singer Billy Lunn has nodules on his vocal chords and has been advised to not sing until that has been taken care of.
Due to a serious ankle injury sustained late yesterday by The Jonbenet's vocalist, Mike Murland, the band regrettably has to cancel the remaining dates of their tour which was to run through March 19th.
