Casting Curses is a hardcore band from upstate NY that just released its new album Validation. Today, we're bringing you a listen of "Thrashmir," a barn-burner of a track that calls to mind more of the melodic sounds of Every Time I Die while maintaining a heavy edge with a hardcore based style that has emerged in acts like Stray From The Path. Casting Curses have released a new album today titled Validation, available for purchase on Bandcamp.

Casting Curses has announced its debut full-length will be entitled Validation. A late July or early August release date is expected. The band's EPs, Dirt Road and Cold All Over Again, released on Panic Records, are both available for free download on Bandcamp.

Casting Curses will begin recording their debut full length next month. They will also be playing My Only Escape's farewell show along with Young English and My Aim Is True on January 7 in Middletown, NY.
