Due to the response for the August 5th show in Winston-Salem with Codeseven, Hopesfall decided to add another show the next night in their hometown of Charlotte. You can find ticket info about the shows here and here, respectively.
Codeseven will be playing a reunion show on August 5th at Ziggy's in Winston-Salem, NC. Hopesfall (original line up playing the No Wings to Speak Of EP) and Harvard are also on the bill.
Band members formerly of Codeseven and Classic Case have launched their new project called Telescreen. The band has posted a new song called "Rumors" on its myspace.
The majority of the members that comprised Codeseven, who disbanded in 2005, have gotten together to form a new band. The as-yet-untitled group describes their mission in the following manner: "First, this is not a Codeseven reunion. We are very happy where it ended musically and want to keep Codeseven on that same path, if and when we decide to get it back together. Right now the plan is to explore new ideas, possibly something a bit more upbeat." The band features former Codeseven bandmates Jon Tuttle (bass), Eric Weyer (guitar), James Tuttle (guitar), and Matthew Tuttle (drums). Codeseven, who released Dancing Echoes / Dead Sounds on Equal Vision Records in 2004 split late last year. Now they're looking to sell their van to a touring band, or anyone who is interested. Codeseven took great care of the van and are certain that there are many more tours left in her. Info is below.
