According to the Militia Group newsletter, Copeland is in the studio tracking their upcoming third full-length record. The record is named Elegance for Transience, and is produced by Matt Goldman with a scheduled release on October 31st.

Copeland are set to release a series of double disc live albums (along the lines of what Pearl Jam did a few years back) entitled Instant Live. There will be 11 released in total, and they're available for purchase now. These limited editions discs can be ordered right here (cover art, track listings as well as where & when each disc was recorded can be seen too).

Copeland is currently looking for a producer for their new album, which they plan on recording this summer and releasing later this year.

Copeland will be covering Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" for Fearless Records' "Punk Goes 90s" compilation. Look out for the release in early 2006.
