I have posted my extensive interview with Aaron Marsh and Bryan Laurenson of Copeland. You can check that out here. They were very open in talking about their new record and other issues, so hopefully it is an interesting read.
Tonight after I interviewed Aaron and Bryan of Copeland, the guys let me listen to two new songs from their new record, titled "Cover What You Can" and "Eat, Sleep, Repeat." If the rest of the record is anything like these two songs, get extremely excited for another brilliant release from these guys.
Hey everyone - in my second interview for AP, I am going to be sitting down with the guys of Copeland this Friday (9/15) at their show in Cincinnati to talk about their new record and anything else we can dream up. Leave things you want asked in the replies for consideration.
According to the Militia Group newsletter, Copeland is in the studio tracking their upcoming third full-length record. The record is named Elegance for Transience, and is produced by Matt Goldman with a scheduled release on October 31st.
Copeland are set to release a series of double disc live albums (along the lines of what Pearl Jam did a few years back) entitled Instant Live. There will be 11 released in total, and they're available for purchase now. These limited editions discs can be ordered right here (cover art, track listings as well as where & when each disc was recorded can be seen too).
Below are the confirmed dates for the upcoming "Screaming Is For Babies" tour, which features The Starting Line, Copeland, Gatsby's American Dream, and Cartel. Pre-sale tickets (with a reduced service charge) will be available starting tomorrow at 10:00 AM, and can be purchased right here. The password just might be "bedroomtalk" (no quotes though).
