Grindcore nihilists Pig Destroyer released their fifth album, Book Burner, last week via Relapse Records. The deluxe edition comes with an EP of classic hardcore/punk covers, including Black Flag, Misfits, Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Angry Samoans, Negative Approach and Void. You can stream those covers now on their AP.net profile.
Future Idiots have re-recorded Blink 182's Neighborhoods in its entirety "to demonstrate how the original record should have sounded." Check it out here. Do you think it's an improvement?
Watch Vanna perform “Eyes Like the Tides” and a cover of Nine Inch Nails' "Perfect Drug" in the replies. You can purchase them, along with a bonus Nirvana cover, here.
Head to the replies to hear Kid Gorgeous' cover of Judas Priest's "Living After Midnight" featuring Keith Buckley of Every Time I Die. The band's new EP, Blue Romance, is out tomorrow on Eulogy Recordings.
Our friend Brian Marquis was kind enough to participate in our Backstage Sessions at a recent show in Cambridge, MA. Hit the replies to watch the former Therefore I Am guitarist perform an acoustic rendition of Bruce Springsteen's "Terry's Song," which will appear on his upcoming covers EP for Warped Tour, along with a brand new song entitled "Highways & Heartbreak."
