DJ AM has filed a lawsuit against the companies and pilots that were involved in the deadly plane crash that took place last September.

DJ AM says that the plane crash he was in actually saved his life. While in the hospital, doctors found a blood clot in his leg that could have been fatal if it traveled to his heart.

DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) has been released from the hospital after a plane crash that took place last Friday with Travis Barker. According to Jermaine Dupri, Barker is expected to stay hospitalized for about another two weeks.

According to CNN, Travis Barker (Blink-182, +44) and Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein (formerly of Crazy Town) are both in critical condition with "extensive burns" following a plane crash in South Carolina.
