Hey everyone, we are currently looking for a new bassist. We are looking for someone that is very experienced at playing in a band, dedicated, and available to tour constantly. Previous touring experience is preferred but not required. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a good attitude. Any tryouts would take place in or around Washington, DC. Driving East's new album, The Future of the Free World is Riding on This One is currently available exclusively at Smartpunk (orders ship with a free poster while supplies last); the album hits all other retailers on April 15th.

Driving East has announced a headlining tour in support of their new album, The Future of the Free World is Riding on This. Parade The Day and Joy In Tomorrow will join the band as support on the full US tour which runs from February 16th through March 15th.

Driving East has posted a new song titled "Get Back" on myspace. The band's new album, The Future of the Free World is Riding on This One, is now available digitally via iTunes.

New albums from Driving East and The New Frontiers will be released early digitally next Tuesday, January 15th.

Crash Romeo will be going out on tour with Driving East and I Am The Pilot in December.

Sooner than expected, Driving East is going to be heading into the studio this July with Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount to record their debut LP. The record is tentatively slated for a fall or winter release via The Militia Group.
