Check out a newly surfaced Earl Sweatshirt song, "Mirror," in the replies. The track is a B-side from last year's I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside.
"It's just way more progressive and it's not produced by me," Earl told Pitchfork about the song. "It's just one verse and a hook and I was just snapping on that shit. It's funny: When I was making the album, I was talking about making “mirror raps,” which are fly for you when you're getting ready to go to school. Raps you're trying say in the damn mirror."

Mark Romanek, the director of Taylor Swift's new video for "Shake it Off," has responded to Earl Sweatshirt's claims that the video was "inherently offensive."
I'm a fan of his and I think he's a really interesting artist. (I posted a Vine to one of his tracks once.) But he stated clearly that he hadn't seen the video and didn't even intend to watch it. So, respectfully, that sort of invalidates his observations from the get-go. And it's this one uninformed tweet that got reported on and rehashed, which started this whole "controversy." We simply choose styles of dance that we thought would be popular and amusing and cast the best dancers that were presented to us without much regard to...

Earl Sweatshirt has revealed the collaborators on his upcoming album. But that's not all he's revealed:
Quote"Im just trying to make pretty music. Everyone whose favorite song off EARL was epar or whatever might be pretty bummed. Everyone with 666 or KTA or some sort of stupid hashtag like “hey look im crazy” in their bio might be pretty bummed too. I anticipate a loss of fans. I also anticipate gaining some… I hope I lose you as a fan if you only fuck with me cause I rapped about raping girls when i was 15."
