Here is a review of Underoath's Winter tour stop in Austin on Tuesday with August Burns Red and Emery. After the show, I was able to talk with guitarist Tim McTague who says the band has just started writing songs that may be included in the next record, and they are hoping to be in the studio by late summer/fall to record.

Emery strike again on June 2nd with their new record In Shallow Seas We Sail. The Almost will be heading out on one last tour this year in June before Aaron devotes his full attention to Underoath again to promote the release of their new album late this summer. The Almost will be bringing out Emery, Envy on the Coast, and Army of Me; details are forthcoming. This will be the last chance to see The Almost before the band hits the studio this winter to start on the new Almost record.
Pierce the Veil are heading out on tour with Emery and Mayday Parade. The band will be playing their killer cover of "Beat It" on the tour, which you will soon be able to catch here as an ABSOLUTExclusive. Dates are in the replies.
