Endwell has decided they will no longer tour, but instead be a studio band that plays occasional shows.

Around the time we started writing Punishment things started to go haywire. Danny, the only original member of the band (from 03...I joined in December 2005) decided it was time to back to school. In doing so he also decided that it was time for him to split from the band. I couldn't allow ENDWELL continue on without him, so after some lengthy discussions we decided to keep it going, even though Danny wouldn't be...

Endwell made a statement about getting booted off the Mosh Lives tour. Emmure responded. And now, Endwell is firing back with the statement below. Doesn't look like this will end well, does it?
This Time It's Personalso we tried to keep this as impersonal as possible due to the fact that emmure were at one time good friends of ours. but apparently that is no longer the case.

a) when we signed to victory we were actually on tour with emmure, and yes of course we were beyond excited to be signed as any band would be. from day ONE we pushed emmure to the victory staff as much as we could. giving staff members cd's and shirts and hyping them up....because that's what friends do. when we...

Emmure have posted their side of the story involving Endwell's getting booted off the Mosh Lives tour on their blog. Read it below.
Message From the BandIn response to Endwell being removed from The Mosh Lives Tour

Let me first start by saying we as a band have been friends with these guys for a while so this is in no way partial to one side or another. Some of you may have noticed that Endwell has been removed from The Mosh Lives Tour. I'd just like to clear up a few things and set the record straight.

This is a respctable tour with respectable bands and band members. This is our tour and us as Emmure must make sure that this tour is not hindered by immaturity since we are...

Endwell were kicked off of the Mosh Lives tour for a t-shirt depicting a decapitated bulldog. You can see the offending shirt here. A message from the band can be found below.
Message From the BandFirst off, we want to apologize to everyone who was planning on coming out and seeing us on the MOSH LIVES tour but unfortunately as of yesterday (Tuesday May 27th) we have been kicked off of the tour because of a T-Shirt....yep that's right. Apparently some people can't take a joke. We were stoked for this tour and looking forward to seeing a lot of old friends and playing some fun shows. without getting into all the details well leave it at this; one of the bands received an ultimatum...
