Tonight in the Eyeball Records AP.net chat, the staff announced two band signings: Man Without Wax and Wolftron (side project of Kenny Choi from Daphne Loves Derby). It was also disclosed that another band will be announced next Tuesday, Feb. 19th. This band's full-length label debut will also be released that day.

According to a recent myspace bulletin, Pompeii has entered the studio to record their second full-length for Eyeball Records. The band is also set to play at this year's SXSW Festival.
Tomorrow at the School of Rock in South Hackensack, NJ, The Number 12 Looks Like You will shoot footage for an upcoming DVD/EP; a release date is set for Spring 2008. Eyeball Records will be releasing Eyeball Awareness Vol. 1 - A Benefit for "To Write Love on Her Arms" on October 16th. The sampler is the first of four, each dedicated to raising awareness of serious issues affecting our community and outlining how fans can get involved to help make a difference. Six thousand copies will be given out at CMJ and another couple thousand over the course of the week. CDs will be included in every purchase from the Eyeball Records store with a portion of all proceeds going to the charity.
