According to A Static Lullaby's latest bulletin/blog, they are days away from finishing their new self-titled album for Fearless. Expect more info on the disc in the coming weeks.

Powerspace has finished up recording their EP with producer Marc McClusky (Hit the Lights, Northstar). You can listen to some songs off of the EP at their pureVOLUME and MySpace pages.

ISIS has completed work on their new, as-of-yet untitled full-length. Mixing was finished last week and the effort will consist of eight songs clocking in at just over an hour. Ipecac Recordings will release the CD on October 31st.

Permanent Me is happy to announce that they are currently in the studio recording until July 10th with Matt Squire. Their debut album is due out later this year which will be released on Stolen Transmission Records.

According to a post made by Beau on Saosin's message board, the band is finishing vocals on the last two songs for their upcoming album. The update is below:

so. chris and i just got back to our apartments. it is like a hundred degrees up here in LA. sooo hot. and in chris' apartment, his air conditioning doesn't work. so we pretty much have no choice but to sit our asses in the pool and listen to our ipods to get inspired and finish these last 2 songs.

SF Update

So we currently have a week and a half left in the studio. Pretty much all the instrumentation is done and we just have some vocals to finish. It's sounding great so far and we're excited to hear the finished product. After we're done tracking we will then be sending the record off to the awesome Chris Lorde Alge (Green Day, Switchfoot) to mix. Once the record is mixed and mastered we should have a release date hopefully set. But we're shooting for mid September. Also we think Buddy has closed in on the title of the record and I think should be definite soon. We'll keep you posted.

Self Against City has finished recording their new album and will begin mixing this week.

The new Alexisonfire album, Crisis, is recorded and is slated to be released in July. Expect some big news from the Alexisonfire camp in the future.

Hello Vegas (ex-Student Rick) has just completed tracking a new EP with producer John Naclerio (Midtown, Brand New). The band will also be playing a special showcase at the Blind Pig Pub for SXSW. Royden have finished recording their Hopeless Records debut will Mike Poorman. Their new album, In The House of Attics, will consist of ten songs and the band is heading off on tour soon.

According to the latest update on The Hush Sound's website, the album should be finished in a week.
