Victory Records. The mere utterance of those two words in conjunction around AP.net-land is likely to generate responses of disdain and derision. Regardless of the label's treatment of beloved fan-favorites and its recent penchant for signing generic flavors-of-the-week, it has also undeniably pushed out some truly classic albums, not the least of which came from today's spotlight band, Grade. Canadian promoter Sellout Enterprises has announced that ground breaking post-hardcore act Grade will be reuniting for one show only July 21 at the Opera House in Toronto. The band, led by vocalist Kyle Bishop, broke up in 2002 and formed Somehow Hollow, The Black Maria and others. The lineup for the show will feature the band's Under The Radar lineup, which is made up of Bishop, Greg Taylor, Matt Jones, Shawn Magill and Chris Danner. For more details, head to sellout.ca.

There is no word on whether or not the reunion will be permanent; currently, it is presumed to be one show only.
