Alter The Press has a feature today about Home Grown 10 years after the main part of their career. Frontman Adam Lohrbach is now working as the creative arts director of a local church in Southern California, but the interview reminisces on the band's career.
From the InterviewPop-punk will always have some sort of grip on me. The music I write nowadays still has a punky aggression to it, just with more MIDI and synth production involved. Synth pads, electronic percussion, strings, orchestral arrangements to thicken up the sound etc. However Iím still a sucker for a catchy guitar rhythm lead and a good hooky chorus, and some nice harmonies. That will never change.

Message from the BandSorry for the long delay, it's been hectic with the design of our website and webstore but everything is finally finished. Our album is now available as downloads through our website, www.redpandamusic.com

We will be pressing a limited run of CD's and will be available in the near future.

Home Grown has posted an update on their hiatus status and released an old demo titled "Nothing Can Stop Us" on myspace.
UpdateHello All Home Grown Fans.

We haven't really made an official announcement of our hiatus from the music world since our last show on October 27, 2005. There are many reasons for our departure but we would like to keep it private since it was for personal and contractual reasons. Everyone is doing well and have started their own projects. The hiatus is indefinate which means we don't really know if we will ever get back together but there is always the little chance that we do. We have posted a hot unreleased demo song, "Nothing Can Stop Us" for your listening...
