I Call Fives are going on indefinite hiatus.
The future for I Call Fives will remain uncertain, but I can say certainly that we will never be in the position to tour like the band did for so many years. The opportunities that people gave us make it very hard to ever say it’s done forever. Unfortunately, the reality is that we’ve had to work jobs full-time, finish school, and do whatever it is we found best for the next chapter of our lives. It has been so hard to admit or write this for me because this band became all I knew, all I thought about, all I put myself into. We met so many bands, many that have grown to be very successful and are still doing it. So many people that let us...

We haven't had one of Eda's awesome Bored On Sunday discussions in a while, so I figured I'd whip one up for a discussion topic on a slow-moving Sunday. My question today is, which bands that we cover on AP.net should be on the radio today? Although it seems like a distant past, it wasn't all that long ago that pop-punk bands like All Time Low, Yellowcard, Fall Out Boy and many others graced the airwaves and MTV (when MTV played music videos). I've outlined a few songs that have come out recently that I think would have been on the radio back when these types of bands were more common. Take to the replies to discuss which songs and bands you think should be on regular rotation.

I Call Fives recently did an interview with PropertyOfZack in which they discussed signing to Pure Noise Records, their new album and various other things.
From the InterviewWe started talking to Jake a little while ago when we had just gotten off tour with The Story So Far. It was probably in like August. It was awesome because we weren’t sure of where we were going to go with the record and it was cool that he was interested in doing it and we were glad that he was stoked. It was kind of funny just because AbsolutePunk posted that we were unsigned and looking for a label. I was flattered because everyone thought we were going to sign with Hopeless or someone, but it was definitely...
