MC Lars will release his eighth album, Lars Attacks!, on September 6 via his own Horris Records. The cover art can be viewed in the AP.net gallery. The music video for the title track can be seen here.
MC Lars has confirmed that he will be releasing his new album, Lars Attacks!, in the fall and that he and Weerd Science are set to begin working on a collab album together as well.
MC Lars releases his new EP Twenty Three today, and he has a very important message about it in the replies, along with the music video for the title track. The song is in memory of Lars' college roommate, who committed suicide in 2006 and the EP features guest appearances by Gabe Saporta and Brett Anderson of The Donnas. You can buy the EP on iTunes for $4.99, and it contains 3 songs, Lars' commentary on what it means to him, the video, and a digital booklet.
MC Lars will be making a music video for "Twenty-Three", a song about the suicide of his friend and roommate. He is encouraging fans to send in photos of loved ones who took their own lives in an effort to help raise awareness and prevent suicide. Details in the replies.
MC Lars is posting a track from his upcoming album, This Gigantic Robot Kills, on his myspace page every Friday until it hits stores on February 24th. He recently posted "True Player for Real" featuring Weird Al Yankovic.
