The US Justice Department has asked that the Insane Clown Posse's lawsuit, which ICP filed to defend their fans, be dismissed.
The government says the rap-metal duo from the Detroit area and its fans have no standing to sue. It also says it's not liable for any problems caused by law enforcement groups that might use information in the 2011 FBI report. A Detroit federal judge holds a hearing Monday.

Insane Clown Posse is suing the FBI over classifying the "juggalos" as a gang.
Horrorcore-rap duo Insane Clown Posse, along with four fans, are suing the Department of Justice and the FBI, demanding that the agencies purge the fan name "Juggalos" from their list of gang members. "Organized crime is by no means part of the Juggalo culture," reads the complaint, filed this morning in federal court in Detroit.
