According to NME, Blink-182 will be releasing a new album in the late spring/early summer of 2014. Mark Hoppus recently talked to Kerrang! and noted that the band is hoping to head into the studio at the start of next year and hopefully release the new LP shortly after.
"We haven't thought about any new songs yet," said Hoppus, but explained that the band will write the new album when they reconvene in the studio. "It always happens when the three of us are together in a room," said Hoppus of writing. "Because when [we're not touring], Tom lives in San Diego, Travis lives in Los Angeles and I live in London, so we don't really talk all that much. But then when we get in a room...

Speaking to Kerrang! recently, Daryl Palumbo has said that he doubts Glassjaw will ever release a third full-length album.
From the InterviewPeople are so hung up on us not having a full-length out that they're overlooking the fact that record labels are becoming increasingly irrelevant, that full-length records are becoming irrelevant and the whole album/tour cycle is pretty irrelevant.

Escape the Fate were the subject of a recent Kerrang! article.
From the article“Coke was what bonded me and Max,” Mabbitt remembers, “We would stay up all night in the living room, coked up, playing Guitar Hero. We had long talks and bonded.” It’s safe to say that, as touring bands go, Escape the Fate are not just here to get onstage, do their job, and get back on the bus. In fact, the business of getting onstage at all often seems to be fairly secondary to the business of enjoying themselves – as the other bands on the bill are beginning to find out.

Hayley from Paramore just updated their livejournal with a message regarding their recent article in Kerrang! magazine.
Message from the Band first off, i apologize for not hanging out after the show tonight at the Underground.i came back to our hotel as soon as i could so i could write this.

this afternoon we were so excited that kerrang was finally putting out a cover of the 4 of us. that was until we read the article.

i'm trying to be careful about what i say because although we are pretty upset about it, it's not something that i feel like is worth the time or effort of saying something that all of us might regret later. needless to say, we could've done without a cover piece....

Kerrang has just released their latest issue with My Chemical Romance on the cover; however, you have five options seeing as there's one for each member. I, personally, am going to plaster Mikey Way on my wall. Oh yeah, their new album is better than you.
