Lansdowne have posted "OK" on their myspace page, and will be posting "All I Ever Wanted" next Monday, the final of three songs they recorded with Zach Odom and Kenneth Mount (Cartel, Mayday Parade)

Lansdowne has posted a new song titled "I'll See You Again" on myspace. The song was produced by Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount.

One of the members of this year's Absolute 100, Boston's Lansdowne were named the first prize winner in Gretsch's Unsigned Artist Competition, winning $5,000 in Gretsch instruments. Congratulations to Lansdowne and the grand prize winner, Gainesville, Florida's Colourslide.

Lansdowne is entered in Gretsch's 125th Anniversary Unsigned Artist competition; the winner gets a ton of great gear and a chance to perform in New York City. To vote for them, click here, register, and click "Vote" next to the band's name. If you'd like, you can also stream their song, "I'll See You Again" before you vote.

Lansdowne have added more photos to their MTV You R Here blog from their performances in New York City at Fleet Week. The band played aboard the USS Kearsage and also in Times Square. Additionally, "Her Eyes Will Tell You Everything" is now available for free download on their myspace.

Lansdowne - Burn This for Your Friends (Tony Pascarella)

Lansdowne will be recording a brand-new 3-song EP with Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount (Cartel, All Time Low, Mayday Parade) at Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta from February 16-21.

Lansdowne have posted a bunch of videos and photos from their USO tour over the holidays on MTV's You R Here page. They spent time in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan entertaining the troops. The band will soon be embarking on an East Coast tour with Hotspur from February 8th-March 8th. The final itinerary will be posted as soon as it's finished.

Lansdowne has been chosen by Armed Forces Entertainment for a two-week holiday tour of the Middle East. The band will spend the holidays in Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Kyrgyzstan from December 22 to January 5, where they will play a dozen shows for our troops. Daily written and video blogs will be featured by MTV here. Show some support for Lansdowne and wish them well. Their newest EP is available on Smartpunk for $1 if you haven't picked it up yet.
