The Hoodies have wrapped up recording their new 5 song EP, which will be titled What's To Come. Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World, Blink 182, The Starting Line, etc) will be mixing the EP, which is slated for an early to mid-August release date. The band also has a few dates coming up in July on The Audition and The Higher's summer tour (July 14th in NYC, 15th in Vineland NJ, and 16th in Baltimore).

Paul Menotiades, formerly of Punchline, has started a new band called The Composure. They are currently mixing a brand new record with Mark Trombino, but we've got two exclusive preview tracks on the band's AP.net Profile so you can hear what makes these guys an Unsigned Showcase to watch.

Looks like The Audition are recording with Mark Trombino. A recent twitter update says: "Drums are done! Album in the works...Mark Trombino is my homeboy!"

The Composure (ex-Punchline) have announced that Mark Trombino will be mixing their new album.

Steel Train will head into the studio this Thursday with Mark Trombino to start recording their follow-up to Twilight Tales From The Praries Of The Sun. The band will be announcing their Summer tour very soon.

Steel Train is currently recording a free EP that will be released in the very near future. Afterward, they will be heading into the studio with Mark Tombino to record their second full-length album.

Silverstein will be heading into the studio in March with Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World, Blink-182, The Living End) to record their next album for Victory Records. Expect a release sometime over the summer, along with a full North American tour.
