Those Old Bones (ex-Matchbook Romance) released a new single called "We Own Tonight" over at Alt Press which features a guest vocal spot from Stephen of The Victory and a guitar solo from Fred Mascherino (Terrible Things).

Ryan Kienle and Ryan DePaolo of Matchbook Romance fame have teamed up and formed a new band - Those Old Bones.

A Very GK! Holiday 2012 has started its pre-sales for the upcoming festival dates. They are Poughkeepsie, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago. Presales can be found here and admats can be found in the replies. Set Your Goals will be playing the Oakland date, Chiodos the Chicago date, Transit, A Loss For Words, and a secret special guest the Boston date, and Matchbook Romance and Anadivine will be playing the Poughkeepsie date.

Matchbook Romance and Anadivine will reunite for Glamour Kills' "A Very GK Holiday Festival" in Poughkeepsie, NY on December 16th.

Former Matchbook Romance lead singer/guitarist Andrew Jordan has a new solo project entitled DriftDivision. Samples of his upcoming EP can be heard on myspace and if you "like" his facebook page, a link for a free demo will be sent to you.

Matchbook Romance's reunion shows start today with a somewhat surprise show at The Heirloom Theatre in Danbury, CT with Just Surrender. Their first hometown show in nearly 3 years will take place this Saturday at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie, NY. More info on both these shows can be found here.

Matchbook Romance have launched a new webstore to celebrate their reunion shows. The store includes many of their vintage shirts, which are available in limited quantities and will never be printed again, for only $10.

Matchbook Romance have announced another show, this one at The Note in West Chester, PA on May 31st. They will be playing with The Color Fred, Just Surrender, and Hill Valley.

Dear fans and friends,

Today is a sad day. Because it is on this day that we, the members of Matchbook Romance, have decided to part ways and go on an indefinite hiatus. This was not at an easy decision for us to come to, as it seems it's taken months for the words to even form on the tips of our tongues. Its a decision that we thought we would never have to make, but unfortunately, after 5 years its a decision that best suits our situations.

We're going to miss all of our adoring fans, and friends that we've made on this adventure. We thank all of you for letting this thing we started into your hearts and for...
