The Max Bemis Song Shop has re-opened. There is now a cheaper option for a shorter song. Additionally, the first 1500 people to purchase a song will receive a phone call from Max. More details in the replies.

Max Bemis of Say Anything has contributed guest vocals to Upon a Painted Ocean, the new album from Rob Johnson, an unsigned artist from the UK. The instrumental album features spoken word from Max on several tracks. More information and tracks from the album can be found on myspace.

Last night at his solo acoustic show at Rutgers University (set list), Max Bemis announced he got engaged three days prior. He then dedicated a new song titled "Cemetery" to his fiancee. Congrats Max!

Two Tongues' self-titled debut will be released on February 3, 2009 through Vagrant Records. The band features Max Bemis and Coby Linder of Say Anything along with Chris Conley and David Soloway of Saves The Day. At a recent acoustic Say Anything set, Max Bemis played new song, "Ahhhh-men" ("Ahhh...men"?), and announced that he has finished writing all of the songs for the band's new album, This Is Forever. You can see a video of the song in the replies.
